Our Story
Founded in 2023 when two brothers and a lifelong friend saw a need in the market to make process improvement training and implementation more approachable and to achieve more effective sustained results. Experience in the US Armed Forces, professional labs, mining, healthcare, manufacturing, consulting, corporate training, telecommunications, banking, finance, insurance, video production, live broadcasting, and in Federal Government agencies has provided a background of proven agility and awareness across a host of industries.

Where do we fit into your story?
Companies of all sizes have historically had hurdles and roadblocks that prevented them from being more efficient and effective. While certain methodologies exists to address the needs to overcome those obstacles it still has a subjective nature to how results are pursued.
That subjectiveness is where the sustained results we focus on typically fall apart. Sometimes that disconnect is a new leader who likes things a certain way or a changeover in team members, or maybe even a new software being implemented that turned a known process into an unknown.
